The CVCS Governing Council holds a regular meeting at 5:15 p.m. on the second Wednesday of every month, on campus in building Blue C. In addition, special meetings may be called as needed.  Preliminary agendas will be posted at least 72 hours in advance. Minutes become available for public access after approval by the Council, which is usually done at the next regular meeting.

Due to the small size of Socorro and CVCS, it's possible that a quorum of Governing Council may be present at social events and at school events. No official business will be discussed nor will any action be taken should such a quorum occur outside a properly called Governing Council meeting.
